At Packaging Eagle, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Due to the highly customized nature of our printing and packaging services, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair resolution for any order discrepancies:

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your delivered order is inadequate or does not meet the specifications approved in your final proof, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please contact our support team at [Your Email Address] with your order number.

Quality Assurance & Reprints

As all items are custom-manufactured, we do not offer cash refunds, discounts, or account credits. However, if a manufacturing error is confirmed by our management, we will reprint your original order at no additional cost to you.

  • Verification: To qualify for a reprint, you must submit clear digital photographs documenting the defect or structural issue.
  • Management Review: The final determination of a manufacturing defect remains at the sole discretion of the Packaging Eagle management team

Return of Defective Goods

In certain cases, we may require the full return of the original order at the customer’s expense before a reprint is initiated. This request must be fulfilled within 7 business days of the delivery date.

Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that charges related to Expedited Processing (Rush Orders) and shipping fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Color and Design Disclaimer

Reprints will not be granted for errors present in the final proof approved by the customer (e.g., spelling, layout, or dimensions) or for minor color variations inherent to the CMYK printing process.
