Welcome to Packaging Eagle. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Intellectual Property & Website Content

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software—is the exclusive property of Packaging Eagle or its third-party providers. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, republishing, or distributing any "Website Content" without our express written consent.

User Conduct & Artwork Responsibility

  • Ownership: You represent that you own the rights to all artwork, logos, and text uploaded for your custom orders. You agree not to infringe on any third-party trademarks or copyrights.
  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to decline any order containing material that is deemed offensive, indecent, or unlawful.
  • Liability: Packaging Eagle acts as a manufacturer under your direction. We are not responsible for the legality or morality of the content you provide.

Proofing & Color Accuracy

  • Approval: Production begins only after you provide written approval of the digital or physical proof. You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, grammar, layout, and dimensions.
  • Color Matching: We utilize CMYK and PMS printing. Due to inherent limitations in printing processes and screen calibrations, 100% color matching is not guaranteed. Variations between the digital proof and the final product are standard. Hard proofs are recommended for critical color matching (additional costs apply).

Orders, Payments & Cancellations

  • Currency: All prices are in USD. Production starts once full payment (including taxes and shipping) is received.
  • Cancellation Policy: * Within 4 hours of proof approval: $25 fee + 5% of total.
    • After 24 hours: 50% of the total payment is non-refundable to cover material and labor costs.
    • Orders already in the press cannot be canceled.

Production & Global Shipping

  • Turnaround Time: Estimated production speed (Standard 7-9 days or Rush) begins after final proof approval and payment.
  • Shipping Policy: We provide reliable shipping across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Delays: Packaging Eagle is not liable for delays caused by customs, severe weather, or third-party carrier issues (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
  • Duties: Customers are responsible for all international customs duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Custom Nature: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Defects: If you find a structural defect, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with digital photographic evidence.
  • Resolution: If the management determines a manufacturing error occurred, we will reprint the order. We do not offer cash refunds or credits for custom-printed items.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Packaging Eagle harmless against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of copyrighted artwork or illegal content provided by you.
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We utilize SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data during transmission. While we take every precaution to secure our servers, no online data transfer is 100% secure. By using our site, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
